Our client, a dynamic and innovative organisation, is seeking a Quality Technician to join their team in a permanent, full-time capacity.
As a Quality Technician, you will have the opportunity to work within a factory environment, supporting the Quality Manager to develop and maintain Product Safety and Quality systems. Your main responsibilities will include :
- Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance standards on-site.
- Challenging packaging safety systems and reviewing and updating plans as required.
- Managing document control and maintaining the Product Safety and Quality Management System.
- Collaborating with the Quality Manager to implement internal audit programmes.
- Performing packaging / artwork checks, approvals, and shelf life inspections.
- Driving quality improvement initiatives in manufacturing and business processes.
- Reporting any issues in a timely manner.
- Ensuring proper collation and filing of documentation.
- Conducting daily quality control inspections on production lines.
- Liaising with suppliers regarding non-conforming products.
- Supporting the Quality Manager with any additional requests.
