Contek Recruitment are currently working with a precision engineering company who specialise in world class manufacturing of precision machined parts and components, primarily for the Aerospace industry, as well as others.
Due to growth, they are now recruiting for a CNC Turner to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
For this role, we would consider a lower-skilled Setter / Operator who has the potential to train. This is dependent on attitude and experience.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Programming, setting, and operating a range of CNC lathes, with all programming done using Fanuc controls.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to produce high-quality parts.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Requirements :
Working Hours : Monday to Thursday (07 : 30 AM until 16 : 30 PM) and Friday (07 : 30 AM until 12 : 30 PM)
