- 1 : 1 and small group academic support through the national curriculum
The Role
This Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant role involves working closely with class teachers to support pupils across Key Stage 1 and / or Key Stage 2. You will lead small group interventions, offer one-to-one support for pupils needing extra help, and contribute to creating a positive, engaging learning environment. The role is ideal for someone seeking first-hand experience before undertaking teacher training.
The Candidate
This position is well suited to a graduate who is passionate about education and keen to build their skills in a primary school setting. Strong communication skills, patience, and a willingness to learn are essential. You should be confident supporting literacy and numeracy, and ready to adapt to the needs of individual pupils.
