Are you highly organised with strong attention to detail? Do you have a passion for data management and supporting school improvement?
Were seeking an experienced administrator to provide essential data and admin support, ensuring accurate data input and management and playing a key role in maintaining an efficient and effective administration and secretarial service to St Elizabeths School.
Some of the key responsibilities include :
Ensuring information systems and databases are established, implemented and utilised effectively
Extracting, collating and summarising data to prepare verbal, written and statistical reports or returns
Providing day-to-day support with enquiries from all staff groups, residents and relatives as well as external agencies and local authorities
Arranging and attending key meetings, taking minutes and providing general administration support
About you
It is essential that the post holder has exceptional attention to detail and good working knowledge of Excel ideally with previous experience in an office or education environment. This is a busy and varied role, so the successful candidate will be organised, excellent at multi-tasking and able to work flexibly with a positive can do attitude.
Although closely supporting our school team, this role will work with departments across the service at all levels so strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities both orally and in writing and is a must!
