Legal Assistant

to join their successful collection team based in Whitley, Hampshire. You will be responsible for the day-to-day progression of files assigned, as well as providing supervision and training to Collection Staff.Legal Assistant

the role : Providing an exceptional client service ensuring they get a positive and professional serviceManaging clients files and debt collection processOverseeing county court and insolvency proceduresMaintaining necessary records and documentationReacting efficiently to work that needs prioritisingSupervising general administration dutiesLegal Assistant

the person : Previous experience in commercial debt collection and litigation areas of law would be idealAbility to manage a challenging and varied caseloadWorking knowledge of a case management system (training will be provided)Analytical and conscientious team player, with excellent written and verbal communication skillsCommitment to a high standard of service delivery and presentationConfident and adapting well to a range of clients and circumstancesSelf-motivated, resourceful and task drivenDesirable - Legal Executive qualifications or Law DegreeLegal Assistant
