Pipewelder x2 required for an engineering company who are specialists in Pipework and Fabrications. Located in Leeds. Permanent after a 26-week probationary periodWorking Hours : Monday to Thursday (enjoy a long weekend off!) Pay : £39,312 basic salary (£18.00 per hour PAYE for standard 42 hours) + 1.5x Overtime on Fridays Benefits : Paid breaks, Free parking, Monday to Thursday basic hours only. Key Responsibilities of the Pipewelder : -Welding to X-ray standard on stainless and carbon steel (mild) materials-Reading drawings and cutting pipe spools unsupervised-Performing TIG & MAG welding-Fabricating pipes, flanges, plant rooms, and skids to high specifications-General fab shop duties-Adhering to strict Health and Safety standards Requirements : -Proven experience in fabrication and pipe welding with stainless and mild steels (minimum 2 years)-Necessary qualifications or time-served experience in MIG and TIG welding-Strong mechanical assembly and fitting skills-Driving license (ideal due to site location) Application : To apply for this Pipewelder role, please click "Apply Now" or call the Kinetic Yorkshire team as soon as possible.
