Junior / Assistant Personal Trainer / Coach

Background

Due to a period of rapid growth our client is looking to employ a Junior / Assistant Personal Trainer to join the team. This position is a full time role requiring the right candidate to be available for; early mornings, evening and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver group coaching sessions

Consistently execute all coaching and internal SOPs to a high standard
Build relationships with and deliver ongoing coaching, support and guidance to clients
Attend weekly Team Development meetings
Be aware of (and report) emerging patterns of negative feedback from clients
Document client results
Ensure the facility is always cleaned to a high standard
Deal with customer service issues
Execute all conversion / sales SOPs accurately and in a timely fashion

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will have :

Level 3 Personal Trainer or above

At least 1 years experience working within a group training environment

Sales Experiences

Strong Leadership Skills

An excellent understanding of Strength and Conditioning

Excellent and confident communicator

Personal Criteria

Love training and nutrition

Passion for helping people achieve there goals

Desire to help and develop people.

Willingness to learn and grow with the business
