Position : Building Services EngineerLocation : London, W1JDuration : PermanentSalary : From £42,000 to £47,000 subject to experience and qualification levelWe are looking for an experienced Commercial Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position for a large site in the WIJ area of LondonThis Engineer will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance on older style commercial buildings all based around one small area (all walking distance to each other)This position will be dealing with all Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance which will include Plumbing, Valves, Replacement taps and toilets, Emergency lighting, Tap temps, AHU maintenance etcWe do require someone who has experience working on older sites. They are all slowly being refurbished, however some need some extra care. This is classed as a static based position, however, there will be a lot of walking to cover all of the sites.
