We are currently working in partnership with one of our key clients in the resourcing of suitable candidates for the position of a Key Account Sales Manager.Below you will find the basic details of the job role plus the required experience that needs to be detailed within your CV.Key Skills / Experience : Ideally a minimum of 3 years underfloor heating sales experienceExperience of developing & growing a product / areaDegree Educated in Business, Engineering, or related disciplineStrong new business generation and interpersonal skillsExperience of supporting the development of strategy and taking responsibility for its executionPrimary Duties & Responsibilities
Execute daily duties, internal and external stakeholder interactions with the upmost integrity and professionalism.To learn all technical aspects of the markets and products that are necessary to be successful in the growth of the business.To be focused on the creation of new business within the underfloor heating market and take RWC into sectors not currently fully exploited.Take existing sales and deliver incremental profitable growth among RWCs products and solutions offering.Assist with development of the underfloor heating strategy in conjunction with the Senior Sales ManagerProactively drive the underfloor heating strategy to achieve growth within the sector.Presenting and identifying key potential customers, and new market ideas, to drive growth.Support product and solution growth within target key accounts as set by Senior Sales Manager.Facilitate engagement proactively and reactively with all key stakeholders both internal and external from a technical and commercial subject matter expert.Ensure knowledge of the market and technology advancements is always up to date.Formulate and deliver customer account growth plans set half yearly, for key accounts within remit. Ensuring quarterly sales targets are met.Liaise with stakeholders at all levels to ensure strong and productive relationships ensuring development of new and maintaining of current.Prospect and Develop new Distributors, Contractors and Specifiers.Look to adopt a creative, innovative Can do approach to customer and share acquisitionExecute journey planning with efficiency in both time and cost as a priorityAchieve and exceed budgeted sales figuresKeep Salesforce.com up to date with all activity, account, opportunity, and contact data.Actively manage opportunity pipeline ensuring new opportunities are progressed to fruition efficientlySupport & Contribute to New Product Development with research, ideas and pricing as requiredEnsure all personal KPIs are achieved and any development required to support these is requestedTo complete all monthly reporting in a timely and complete mannerTo keep the business up to date with any market developments via the most appropriate methodSupport the UK Key Accounts team in any wider team & customer initiatives as necessaryUse all IT and software provided to ensure the most efficient work practices.Comply with all current work instructions within the organisation.Comply fully with all current health, safety & environmental regulations in operation within the company whilst carrying out your duties.Carry out any reasonable task which falls within your capabilities
