FTS Group are looking for an experienced Recruitment Sales Consultant to join our team in Purfleet, Essex. Our offering is truly unique, hallmarked by ethics and quality, and we have exciting plans to expand.As a Sales Consultant you’ll be a key figure, the face of our service offering to prospective clients, responsible for generating new business and growing the client base. • Generate new business and grow your branch client base.
• Learn and understand driving and industrial recruitment market practices.
• Strategic networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct regular client meetings to showcase our services.
• Liaise with the Branch Manager and Commercial Manager for success.Salary and BenefitsThe base salary for this position is £30,000 per annum. We provide a generous uncapped commission scheme that opens the opportunity to quickly and realistically earn up to £40,000.00 per annum OTE.
