Site Maintenance Manager (Facilities)

40,000 - £50,000 + Progression + Training + Company Bonus + Healthcare benefits + Flexible + Daytime Hours

Are you a Site Maintenance Manager or an Engineer wanting to step up, that wants to work in a brand new state of the art facility?

Do you want to work for a business that has 100% staff retention due to them treating their engineers as valued team members and offer best in class progression?

This business has invested huge sums of money into the latest technologies, best in class training programmes and its staff progression meaning they have built a close knit and well organised team.

This company have gone from strength to strength in the last decade as they are attracting some of the most talented staff across the west country and truly putting their well being at the forefront of all decision making.

The ideal candidate will have experience with preplanning maintenance of up to a year in advance on equipment such as HVAC, Effluent Treatment, Hot Water Sets, Cooling Towers, Glycol Systems, Carbon Extractors etc.

The Role

Manage activities on regulated systems and monitor key engineering systems
Support asset care and lead improvements in the Utilities and Facilities function
