- Downloading, reviewing and interrogation of all forms of CCTV (tram, network and body worn) following a reported incident.
- Downloading, reviewing and interrogation of on tram recorder (OTDR) data to assist with investigations.
- Downloading and reviewing of safety critical communications to support ongoing investigation.
- Inputting all incident reports into the MML Incident Database.
- Inputting CCTV, OTDR and safety critical communications findings into the MML Incident Database.
- Responding, reviewing, logging and disclosing CCTV footage requests to the Police and third party (where applicable).
- Always Adhering to MML’S GDPR and employee privacy policies.
- Carrying out and recording regular audits of CCTV, OTDR and safety critical systems.
- Reporting and tracking of recorded faults of CCTV, OTDR and safety critical systems.
- Highlighting incidents of a significant nature to the relevant senior leader or manager.
- Providing feedback to the relevant MML teams after reviewing CCTV.
- Supporting the Security and Insurance Officer with security-based objectives and tasks.
- Supporting the QHSE Team with activities and projects as required.In order to be successful in this role, it’s essential that you have :
- Worked in an office-based environment with the ability to keep and maintain records.
- The ability to operate Microsoft office packages.
- The ability to plan workloads and prioritise effectively.
- Good time management.
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
