We’re looking for an Electronics Production Assembler for an exciting new role with an electronics manufacturer in Waterlooville. This is a hands-on role that involves both board-level assembly and full box builds.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic assembly, a positive, proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Key Responsibilities : - PCBA assembly including SMT and PTH soldering- Cable and electromechanical assembly using crimp tools- Rework and adjustments on PCBAs- Working from customer BOMs and technical drawings- Ensuring builds meet required manufacturing standardsWhat We’re Looking For : - IPC 610 experience or knowledge (Class 2 minimum preferred)- Confident soldering skills (PTH and SMT)- Strong component recognition and understanding- Able to work under a microscope with fine-pitch components- Clear communication and good documentation skills- Ability to manage workload and work effectively under pressure- Inspection experience is a plus, but not essentialHours : Monday to Thursday : 7 : 30 am – 3 : 45 pm, Friday : 7 : 30 am – 2 : 30 pm (40 hours per week)Pay : Baased on experieince (up to £14.50 per hour)If you think your background is a great fit, we'd love to hear from you!
