This is more than a managerial role, its a chance to combine your technical expertise with your love for classic motorsport in a workshop that sets industry standards for excellence.Role Description We are looking to recruit a Engine Build Manager to oversee the workload of a specialist engine building team. Extensive experience of building automotive engines is essential, preferably from the motorsport or historic car industry. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work are also required.Skills and Experience Required : Proven experience of leading a technical team Experience in engine restoration and automotive mechanics Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in liaising with customers Excellent organisational / planning skills Experience of managing workshops or restoration projects Passion for historic engines and their preservation
