United Living GroupWashington, England, UKThis is an exciting time to join United Living on our Apprenticeship Programme as the business continues to grow and we have a significant order book of secured future projects.
Our Water and Wastewater team provide a range of utility infrastructure services for some of the UKs largest network owners and operators and you will assist the plant and logistics team by :
- Ensuring that United Livings Health Safety Environmental and Quality standards operating processes company policies and all legislative requirements are understood implemented and adhered to at all times.
- Undertaking and completing a range of administration tasks and general office duties to support the site office / team.
- Maintaining office systems including site files health and safety files and associated documentation in line with company procedures.
- Document management including registering issuing scanning filing and archiving.
- Updating and maintaining systems and databases as required.
As an Apprentice with United Living youll be given a real job from day one where you will gain handson industry experience and the knowledge required to achieve a nationally recognised qualification. Youll be inspired and stretched professionally but fully supported by an expert network of colleagues as you work to build the foundations for a career within United Living and the construction industry.
As part of your Apprenticeship you will be enrolled onto the Level 3 Business Administrator qualification with one of our training partners which will take approximately 1824 months to complete. You will attend classroom lessons / workshops with additional 1 : 1 support from your specialist tutor. They will also meet regularly with you and your line manager to ensure you are progressing through your programme.
To help you settle into your role well provide you with a buddy from our apprentice population. They will have some great advice as they were in exactly the same situation as you not so long ago and youll also receive full support from your Line Manager and the Early Careers Team who will help guide you throughout your apprenticeship programmme to help you achieve professional success.
