Linsco are looking for an experienced Site Manager to start work on a New build care home project in Oundle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing new build care home projects and ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality.Key Responsibilities : Manage and oversee all on-site activities, ensuring smooth project delivery.Supervise subcontractors, trades, and site operatives.Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations.Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safeguarding protocols.Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities as required.Maintain project schedules and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.Requirements : ✅ SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid ✅ Enhanced DBS check✅ Previous experience on New build care homes✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.✅ Ability to coordinate multiple trades and work to tight deadlines.If you are interested in this role, please apply with your CV.
