Team LeaderElderly Nursing Home in Walkeringham, Nottinghamshire£15.45 per hour plus incentives36-48 hours per week (day duty : 07 : 00 - 19 : 00 - to include alternative weekends and on call weekend rota)Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Team Leader to join a fantastic elderly nursing home in Walkeringham, Nottinghamshire.Package for the Team Leader but not limited to :

• 15.45 per hour plus incentives
• 36-48 hours per week
• Day duty
• Shift pattern : 07 : 00 - 19 : 00 (days)
• Alternative weekends plus on call weekend rota

• Must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
• Minimum of one years’ experience in residential / nursing home setting.
• Awareness of the principles of Person-Centred Care Planning.
• Full Driving Licence.
• To ensure knowledge is gained to demonstrate a good understanding of the prevention of abuse of vulnerable adults, recognition of the signs of abuse and procedures to follow in the event of an allegation of abuse.
• Satisfactory Care Character Assessment
