Operations Support Coordinator Sheffield, S26 Circa - £27,500pa Rapier Employment are working with their well-established client in their search for a proactive and detail-focused Operations Support Coordinator to assist their Operations Manager and wider team with a range of administrative and operational tasks. This hands-on role is key to keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and efficiently. This is a role for a person who can thrive in fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will begin on an agency basis for the first 12 weeks. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, a permanent contract will be offered.Experience from plant hire / machine moving is advantagous. As Operations Support Coordinator your duties and responsibilities will vary daily but predominantly the following : Support the Operations Manager and team with daily administrative tasks.Maintain and update training records, tackle and warehousing registers and more.Complete internal and external forms along with costing sheets accurately.Keep physical and digital filing systems organised and up to date.Ensure all paperwork is properly maintained and accessible.Assist with general office duties and additional tasks assigned by the operations team and company directors.Assist with administrative tasks to support our Accounts Team.Communicate professionally via phone and email with internal and external stakeholders.Look proactively for ways to improve daily operations.Requirements : Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.Proficient in all Microsoft office software.Have a confident and professional telephone manner.Reliable with excellent timekeeping.Able to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines.A positive attitude and flexible approach to work.
