My client is an established, Independent brand, seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Negotiator to join their team.Your role is pivotal in facilitating property Sales, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth process for clients.The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the Property Market and ideally at least 1 year’s previous experience.Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits effectively.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and Vendors ensuring a satisfactory outcome for all parties involved.
• Maintain current knowledge of the local property market trends and regulations.
• Prepare marketing materials for properties, including descriptions and photographs.
• Manage administrative tasks related to sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Utilise various platforms to advertise properties effectively.Requirements
• Proven experience in sales negotiation is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Administrative proficiency to handle paperwork accurately and timely.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
• A valid driving licence.Package on offer
• Basic Salary £23,000 - £24,000 dependent on experience
• Commission structure
• Realistic OTE £30,000 +Schedule :
• Monday to Friday (Day off in the week)
