The ability to work under pressure, prioritize workloads, and maintain a high attention to detail is key to success in this role.

A polite, courteous, and well-organized approach is required, along with flexibility to respond to holiday and sickness cover needs.

Full understanding of site emergency procedures and maintaining diplomatic silence are critical to ensuring a safe and professional environment.

A team-oriented mindset, working well with cleaning teams, supervisors, and management, is essential for effective service delivery.
