Description
Do you want to make a difference to a child’s life? Become a highly valued Children's Residential Support Worker and start a truly rewarding career!
Pay rate : £13.85 - £14.15 per hour ( depending on qualification)
Hours 1 x 20 hour contract. Waking nights 10pm to 8am. Rotas given in advance. We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.

Essential requirements for a Children's Residential Support Worker :
- A full driving licence issued in the UK
- Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
- Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
- Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
- Previous childcare or support worker experience is advantageous but not essential
