Locally sourced food cooked and presented to a high level. Looking to speak to experienced Chef de Parties with fresh food backgrounds.Chef de Partie The RoleYou will play a major part in creating a tantalising menu using seasonal local produce.Sourcing of produce and training the brigade to deliver a consistent high level of service.Chef de Partie ExperienceWe are looking for Chef de Parties with a passion for food already used to delivering a high standard of foodYou will ideally have worked in a similar Restaurant / Gastro Pub environment and be used to working with local produce.Ideally worked at 1 or 2 rosette levelambition to grow your career this is a family feel business which can offer a great package and benefits.Temp Live in availableUsual days off are Monday and Tuesday plus one otherStraight shifts
