This school puts a lot of effort into providing a secure, caring atmosphere that fosters learning.This school currently seeks a compassionate and driven learning support assistant. The selected candidate will play a key role in giving kids with a variety of learning difficulties the resources and assistance they require to succeed academically and socially. The selected candidate will have to report for work five days a week and this will carry over throughout the academic year. Key responsibilities : Help pupils who might want or need individualised attention one-on-one or in small groups.Assist pupils in fostering positive conduct and social skill development.Prepare and organize classroom tasks related materials and resources.Qualifications and skills Required / Preferred : Previous experience as a learning support assistant or similar role is preferred.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.Patient and positive attitude.Basic knowledge of special educational needs (SEN)In return for the above you can expect to receive :   A dedicated team of consultants available 24 / 7 to help you with the easy onboarding process  Guaranteed Payment Scheme
