Job description

As a TCO, you’ll be responsible for the safe, secure and effective turnaround of aircraft from arrival to departure. Previous supervisory experience in a Front of House / Check-in / Ground Handling environment is welcomed.

What’s on offer :

Rate of Pay : £14.65 per hour (plus Holiday and Pension)
Hours : 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern : 4 on 4 off
Shifts : Example times below.
Weekly Pay
Temp to Perm (performance-based)
Upskill opportunities leading to increased rates of pay available

Start Date :

12th May 2025

Main duties include :

To consistently deliver the highest customer service at all times

Communicate effectively with the ramp operation and third-party suppliers to ensure on-time departure targets are met.

Responsible for coordinating the safe loading and unloading of the aircraft

Ensure compliance in both airline and airport policies

Maintain a safe working environment at all times

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience :

Previous airport experience within a turnaround coordinator / check-in / ground handling role

Excellent communication skills at all levels

Have a calm, friendly and professional manor

Experience of supervising a number of teams

Ability to quickly and accurately react and assess any given situation and instigate corrective action

Work well within a team

Be able to pass a medical

Hold a full driving license

Shift Hours :

4 on 4 off done on a rotational basis

Day 1 : 0500 - 1700 / 0600 - 1800

Day 2 : 0500 - 1700 / 0600 - 1800

Day 3 : 1300 - 0100 / 1400 - 0200 / 1500 - 0300

Day 4 : 1300 - 0100 / 1400 - 0200 / 1500 - 0300
