Role Overview : As an Account Handler, you will play a pivotal role in providing a comprehensive insurance service to our existing and potential clients. Your responsibilities will include :
- Providing quotations through telephone or written communication.
- Placing insurance cover as per client instructions.
- Managing renewals by inviting and confirming them with clients.
- Handling mid-term adjustments as required.
- Assisting with claim issues when appropriate.
- Collaborating with Account Executives to meet clients' needs and contribute to our business objectives and growth.
