- Starting salary up to £16-18 per hour pending experience / qualifications increasing to £16.50 - 18.50 after probation period, plus overtime, bonuses, and optional breakdown assistance van coverage.
- 40 hour Mon-Fri split shift rota : week one is 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm and week two is 12 : 00pm-8 : 30pm. Also 1 in 2 Sat 8 : 00am - 12 : 00pm paid at overtime.

Our client, a long-established franchise approved commercial vehicle dealership in the Crosshands, Carmarthenshire region, are currently looking to hire a Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) Technician for their busy Service Department.
Reporting to the Branch Manager and working as part of a team, as a HGV Technician your key objectives will include :
In order to be eligible you will need to be qualified to IMI / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or alternatively hold strong time served practical experience working as a HGV Technician. You will need to be a committed individual and a good team player. You must be able to produce a high quality of work in a busy workshop environment and be motivated to work towards targets set for your team. Applicants with an active HGV driving licence would be highly advantageous however this is non-essential.
