Position Overview

This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking and business development.Understand clients’ staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Candidate Management : Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client requirements.Utilise various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.Provide career advice and guidance to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Recruitment Strategy : Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.Analyse recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve processes and outcomes.
• Administration and Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate interactions.Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes for management.Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Skills :
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong negotiation and sales skills.Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
