Role overview

Are you a retail store leader interested in working with one of the UK’s leading eyecare providers and selling premium eyewear brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley and Prada?

As a  Store Manager Designate  at Vision Express, you’ll join us on a 6-month training and development programme, aimed to prepare you for the role of Store Manager . Once trained, you’ll be responsible for leading the culture of your store, you’ll be accountable for the management of day-to-day operations, and you’ll motivate and inspire your team to deliver in our mission to help provide tailored and effective eyecare and eyewear solutions to customers every day.

Although the hours of this role are advertised, if this sounds like the role for you, we'd love to hear about your ideal working week. Whether this is hours to fit around the school run or you prefer a compressed week - we are open to discussing flexible options with you further.
