• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities
• Working with small groups or 1 : 1 with pupils who may need additional support
• Helping to create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Assisting with classroom management and general administrative tasks
• Promoting good behaviour and supporting pupils’ social and emotional developmentRequirements
• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting (essential)
• A genuine passion for working with primary-aged children
• Ability to adapt to different schools, year groups, and classroom environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
