Hays Education are a market leader with established and exclusive partnerships with secondary schools across Trafford. I am looking to speak to ECT's looking for a permanent role for September.

Your new role

You will be required to teach your chosen specialism to pupils across KS3 & KS4, and attend whole school events such as parents evenings. You will ensure all students are driven towards high levels of achievement and create a learning environment where pupils are confident to ask for support if needed. You will be supported in this role by the school and members of the SLT.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in joining one of our partner schools you will need to be an ECT and have recent experience of teaching your chosen specialism.
