Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Direct Procurement Manager to oversee and drive our procurement function, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and agility in a fast-paced Formula 1 environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and develop a team of procurement professionals to ensure a professional and efficient procurement function.
• Develop and implement strategic procurement improvement plans.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, identifying new opportunities for innovation and cost savings.
• Ensure competitive costs while meeting quality and delivery targets.
• Establish and monitor supplier KPIs, ensuring adherence to performance standards.
• Oversee procurement of raw materials, proprietary, and manufactured components.
• Coordinate internally manufactured component parts for external supply.
• Work closely with internal departments to develop a reliable and sustainable supply chain.
• Maintain and develop knowledge of ERP systems, specifically IFS.
• Attend and proactively participate in meetings, providing insights and leadership.
