We are looking for someone with experience in designing, implementing and embedding person-centred assessments and interventions in line with Positive Behaviour Support approaches. In return, you will gain a rewarding career opportunity in an organisation that prides itself on allowing people to live the life they want, as well as being a highly regarded London provider.Duties will include : - Carrying out functional behaviour assessments, analysing data, developing PBS strategies and plans, and creating an implementation plan based on robust mediator analysis- Assisting in the development of Certitude’s offer to support people who are at risk of exclusion from universal services or being admitted to hospital- Ensuring all assessments are person-centred, robust and accurately reflect risk factors for the person, those around them, and the organisation- Assisting colleagues in developing systems to monitor progress and achievement of outcomes- Supporting the development of Certitude’s local offer (building capability and competency) through training and coaching in PBSAbout YouTo be a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner at Certitude, you will need : - A relevant undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in Positive Behaviour Support, Behaviour Analysis, or Autism / Learning Disability / Psychology- An understanding of the needs of people with learning disabilities and autism, including those with complex health needs, additional mental health needs, and complex support needs- Experience using functional behaviour assessments and developing PBS strategies- Experience using data analysis to design and develop behaviour support plans and strategies, and to monitor improvements in quality of life in collaboration with support teams and families- Experience building strong relationships with individuals and families, based on trust and respectAbout the OrganisationWe have a passion for life and make it our mission to support people in living the life they desire, whatever that may be.
