Advising on technical queries or issues.
Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the service department.
Booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out.

Finalising the invoice on completion of required work.Your Background & Skill :
Proven experience working in a dealership, as a Service Advisor (1 year minimum).
Pinnacle DMS knowledge is desirable, but not essential.
Technical skills and experience are essential.
Well-presented and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
Ability to build rapport and create lasting relationships with customers (which lead to customer loyalty and referrals).
