ASB Coordinator Harrow Temporary Full Time We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Resident Services - ASB Coordinator to join the Housing team at a Local Authority in Harrow. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a direct impact on the local community by tackling anti-social behaviour and supporting safer neighbourhoods. THE ROLE As an ASB Officer, you will be responsible for the investigation and enforcement of anti-social behaviour across the borough in line with legislation and local policy.Conduct investigations and take enforcement action against ASB in compliance with relevant legislationProvide guidance and support to Housing Officers on low and mid-level ASB casesLiaise and work in partnership with external agencies to enhance community safetyPrepare statements of evidence and attend court to support legal proceedingsDraft legal notices, fixed penalty notices, and warning letters as requiredDeliver professional, expert advice to residents, stakeholders and Council MembersContribute to strategy and policy development to reduce ASB in the boroughTHE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar ASB enforcement role within a local authority or related setting.Demonstrated working knowledge of ASB legislation and enforcement proceduresExperience investigating and managing ASB cases, including preparation for courtStrong communication and stakeholder engagement sk...
