This is an exciting opportunity for the successful Account Executive to work for a food manufacturer who have been established over 50 years and have gained themselves a reputation for excellence within that time, due to a steady increase in orders and new customers thereof they are now looking to recruit and bolster out their Accounts & Customer Service teams where duties will include :

• Processing sales orders
• Liaising with other teams where required
• Arranging EU deliveries including commercial invoices
• Taking incoming customer calls (overflow)
• Tracking deliveries
• Posting cash
• Posting invoices
• Managing aged debtors
• Credit Control
• Managing courier claims & related complaints
• Processing refunds / credit notes / returns / collections
• General administration
• ReportingIt is expected that the successful Account Executive will have experience of working in a sales, customer service or credit control role previously and be :
• Proficient on creating and utilisation of spreadsheets
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• Experience of accounting software
• Flexible and adaptable
• Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
• Be organised
• Having a problem-solving mindset
