This school believes their learners should excel both academically and creatively. February start 2025.

Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant :

• The Teaching Assistant should assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to the individual needs of students.
• Foster a supportive and nurturing learning environment, promoting independence and confidence.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to implement tailored support plans for students
• The Teaching Assistant should maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour, contributing to comprehensive assessments and reports.
