Position Overview : My client is seeking an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor to manage client matters successfully, ensuring commercial objectives and financial expectations are met. The role requires strong commercial acumen, high-level expertise in commercial law, and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of complex commercial transactions and agreements. Key Responsibilities :

• Draft standard terms for sales to consumers.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of business-to-business contracts.
• Prepare and review terms of sale, distribution, and agency contracts.
• Advise on internal structuring, including shareholders’ agreements, articles of association, and share classes.
• Act on business asset and share purchases, as well as other company disposals.
• Assist with company formations and start-up advice.
• Provide data protection compliance advice, including desktop audits and urgent matters.
• Draft and advise on non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements.
• Draft and prepare security documents, including debentures and legal charges.
• Keep legal knowledge up to date to ensure compliance with the latest developments in commercial law. Requirements : Essential :
• Minimum of 3 years PQE in commercial law with proven experience.
• Strong client care skills, with a commitment to excellent service.
• Self-motivated and able to add value to the role.
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision.
