• A strong classroom presence and confidence in managing behaviour, keeping classes on track with lesson plans
• Calmness and positivity when faced with challenging situations, adaptability to cover a range of subjectsWhat will my responsibilities be?
• Delivering pre-prepared lessons plans across a range of different subjects and age groups, covering KS3 and KS4
• Upholding the schools behaviour policy and ensuring you maintain a positive and productive learning environment
