We are looking for people to join our friendly and welcoming team in Tanton Road, Stokesley for our supported living service, where you will have the opportunity to enhance people’s lives.
You will be responsible in supporting people with learning disabilities and physical disabilities with maintaining independence and gain new skills which enables them to live in their own homes. You will be supporting them to plan and prepare meals, keep their home clean and tidy, support with medication if needed, and personal care. Update support plans and risk assessments. Support people out in the community to access a variety of activities.
You’ll have a really rewarding role working with a great team of people and the chance to make a real difference to other people’s lives. We will support you along your career path to learn, develop and grow.
Real Life Options offers flexible employment opportunities. Your shifts may include weekends, evenings and sleepovers
Previous experience in supporting people with learning disabilities and epilepsy is desirable for this position although full training will be provided
An enhanced child and adult DBS application will be required for successful applicants.
