Up to £38,000

My client is looking to add an experienced and driven generalist HR Advisor, to join their friendly and established HR team in Derbyshire. This is a great opportunity for exposure and personal and professional growth.

Our client is looking to ideally attract CIPD Level 5 qualified candidates who have proven track records of working at advisor level as well as leading on ER casework. A UK driving license is essential.

They offer 25 days holiday per year (plus 8 bank holidays), you will get membership of their personal pension scheme, as well as Private Medical insurance scheme.

Duties of the Role :

Provide day to day HR advice across the business
Support and coach managers through ER cases (really important due to supporting new to the role managers)
Manage absence and wellbeing by supporting individuals case by case
Support managers on performance of their team
Manage RTW / VISA applications
Support with recruitment
Support the wider team with L&D
Assisting / leading on ad hoc projects
