Technical Sales Executive£45,000 - £50,000Permanent Opportunity Sutton in AshfieldMetalis are working with a specialist manufacturer based in Nottingham who due to expansion within their commercial team are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Executive to join the team.We are looking for a Technical Sales professional, someone with the ability to not only convert a sale but manage the entire process ensuring they are efficiently providing information & quotations to customers, providing them with a fantastic service from start to finish.Duties & Responsibilities : Working closely with the commercial sales and operations teams, providing technical information and pricing to potential customersKeeping the CRM systems up to date and accurate, logging all customer enquiriesCreating concept 3D drawingsAccount managing - ensuring you are keeping in touch with new and existing customers, taking on any feedback on how to improve servicesAssisting in controlling all activities impacting profitability, including operational, purchasing costs, to ensure that the costs are in line with targets of each projectComplying with ISO 9001 standards set by the companyAttending regular training sessions relevant to the job role and to help with personal developmentEnsuring your market knowledge is up to date and you are an expert in your craftParticipate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences as requiredThe ideal candidate : This has been a role that has been created to strengthen the commercial team, therefore we are looking for someone driven, hard-working and determined to provide the best possible service.Overseas travel will occasionally be required therefore applicants must be a UK National and be willing to go through UK NSV Clearance (essential)Electrical Engineering knowledge and experience (essential)Previous experience working with CRM systems for data analysisStrong sales and account management skillsShifts & Salary :
