This is a temp to perm position.Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation for various projects.Excel / Data analysis experience - data entry & system / database managementSupport team members with various tasks to enhance productivity.General Admin support experience - Sales orders / InvoicingCollaboration with Marketing Team - Sales support with Marketing knowledgeWhat We're Looking For : Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
