The successful candidate will work closely with staff, students, and parents to ensure that all students with SEND are supported to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Experience and Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and National Award for SEND Coordination (or working towards it).
- Proven experience as a SENDCo or in a similar leadership role within SEN.
- Strong understanding of SEN strategies, legislation, and effective support practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A clear DBS.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
