The post holder will work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention for our pupils. This is an excellent opportunity to join us as we grow and embed our clinical provision, working collaboratively with our education colleagues to make a real difference implementing a holistic, therapeutic approach.You will be responsible for holding a Speech and Language Therapy caseload across both schools and you will also contribute to staff training, consultation and reflective practice. Both a challenging and rewarding role, this position would suit a resilient and enthusiastic individual, with a therapeutic approach and the ability to make decisions, as well as manage their own workload.You will receive a well-rounded menu of support including regular clinical supervision from our established and knowledgeable Speech and Language Therapy network across Outcomes First Group. You will also have access to continuing professional development opportunities as you progress in your role.Our Clinical Staff Teams help our settings maintain a nurturing environment where our pupils can flourish, always putting them at the forefront of everything they do.
