Are you a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a passion for Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)? Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a fantastic primary school in Sunderland, seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic TA to support their EYFS setting for the Summer Term – with the exciting opportunity to continue into the new academic year.
The Role :
Supporting children within an EYFS classroom
Assisting with planning and delivering engaging activities
Promoting a positive learning environment
Working closely with the class teacher and wider school staff
Supporting individual pupils and small groups where needed
What We’re Looking For :
Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working within an EYFS setting
Strong understanding of child development and early learning frameworks
A patient, caring, and proactive approach
A team player with great communication skills
