At Long-Term Teachers, we're on the hunt for vibrant, confident, and enthusiastic individuals to fill a variety of fantastic roles across South West and Worcestershire. We're particularly interested in SEN teaching assistants who are comfortable and experienced in 1 : 1 roles, and are adept at supporting pupils with behavioural or complex needs.
Role Requirements :
As a SEN TA, it's beneficial (though not compulsory) to have experience in SEN / SEMH and / or pastoral care. It's crucial that candidates applying for this role have a solid understanding of behavioural management and any other additional SEN / SEMH requirements.
We're looking for individuals who possess the following qualities :
