The Role : Deliver comprehensive HR Advice and support across a range of areas Support Recruitment activities - developing job descriptions, liaising with recruitment agencies, scheduling interviews and panels etc Prepare offer paperwork and welcome packs, arrange inductions and the onboarding process Guide managers on disciplinary and grievance matters, ensuring policies and processes are adhered to Support and lead on HR projects, contributing to the strategic objectives of the business. Assist in maintaining and developing HR systems to ensure accurate reporting and data management. Foster a positive work environment aligned with the company's values and people-first culture. The Person : Minimum 3 years' experience in a generalist HR or Senior HR Advisory role. CIPD qualified. Practical experience within both Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland HR frameworks would be highly advantageous. Strong generalist with a confident approach and knowledge Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Proactive, organised, and eager to develop professionally.
