Chemical Mixing Operative

Location : Stourbridge

Workforce is currently recruiting for 2 Chemical Mixing Operatives to join our client’s team based in Stourbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a Temp to Perm role with competitive pay rates and fixed shifts.

Why Join Us?

Fixed Shifts Available :
AM Shift : 6 : 00 am – 3 : 00 pm, Monday to Friday (£13 per hour)
PM Shift : 1 : 00 pm – 10 : 00 pm, Monday to Friday (£14 per hour)
Weekly Hours : 45 hours per week, no weekend work!
Temp to Perm Opportunity : Secure a permanent role with a reputable company.

Role Overview :

As a Chemical Mixing Operative, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, ensuring formulations are produced to the highest quality and safety standards while meeting planned volumes and targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Accurately weigh and blend chemicals according to specified formulations and procedures.

Operate and maintain mixing and blending equipment efficiently.

Complete daily production tasks in line with the production schedule.

Clean mixing vessels to maintain high hygiene standards.

Ensure quality and safety standards are met at every stage of the manufacturing process.

Maintain accurate formulation records and documentation.

Participate actively in Health & Safety meetings and toolbox talks.

Uphold exceptional housekeeping standards in the work area

Key Skills & Requirements :

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment using initiative.

Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

Counterbalance FLT Licence (Training can be provided if needed).

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
