We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Care Team Supervisor to join a well-established domiciliary care provider in Stevenage. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality care services for clients while supporting and leading a dedicated team of care professionals.
This company are very quality focused, and person centred, providing homecare to a range of clients. There will be lots of autonomy given by the management team as well as opportunity to progress within the company!
Key Responsibilities :
- Recording concerns, complaints, and compliments while ensuring all complaints are logged correctly and escalated when necessary.
- Attending appointments with clients and professionals to assess needs, collate necessary information, and establish tailored care plans.
- Developing and adjusting care plans, including completing specific risk assessments to align with client requirements.
- Conducting staff supervisions, monitoring absences, facilitating return-to-work interviews, and addressing significant discussions as needed.
- Managing the staff and client newsletter to keep everyone informed and engaged.
