Litigation Solicitor

An opportunity within the Chester Team of Connells Group Legal Services has arisen for a 1-2 years PQE solicitor. The candidate will have substantial experience (private practice or inhouse) of resolving disputes, litigation (small claims and fast track) and general contentious matters and must be highly skilled at drafting letters, pleadings and reports with the ability to communicate effectively. The candidate will also have robust levels of knowledge and skills to ensure compliance with regulatory, legislative and procedural requirements as applicable.
